Function: Probable ligand of the IGFLR1 cell membrane receptor. Subunit: Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Subcellular Location: Secreted. Tissue Specificity: Detected in ovary and spinal cord. Similarity: Belongs to the IGFL family.
