| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: G3PP is a 533 amino acid protein belonging to the major facilitator superfamily. G3PP is a multi-pass membrane protein that acts as a transporter of or glycerol-3-phoshphate between cellular compartments. Glycerol-3-phosphate is produced from glycerol and is an important factor in many biochemical pathways, including glycolysis. G3PP contains 12 putative transmembrane domains and N- and C-terminal Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) retention signals. G3PP is expressed at highest levels in liver, kidney, small intestine, bone marrow and fetal tissues. Subcellular Location: Membrane. Tissue Specificity: Expressed in numerous tissues, with highest expression in kidney, bone marrow, spleen, liver, small intestine, as well as in fetal brain, liver and spleen. Similarity: Belongs to the major facilitator superfamily. Organophosphate:Pi antiporter (OPA) (TC 2.A.1.4) family.
