background: Ketamine is a drug used in human and veterinary medicine. Its hydrochloride salt is sold as Ketanest, Ketaset, and Ketalar. Pharmacologically, ketamine is classified as an NMDA receptor antagonist.[2] At high, fully anesthetic level doses, ketamine has also been found to bind to opioid Mu receptors and sigma receptors.[3][4] Like other drugs of this class such as tiletamine and phencyclidine (PCP), it induces a state referred to as "dissociative anesthesia"[5] and is used as a recreational drug. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 氯胺酮（Ketamine），又稱為開他敏、K粉，是一種非巴比妥類靜脈全麻藥。氯胺酮（ketanine）是苯環(huán)己哌啶（phencyclidine）的衍生物。臨床所用的氯胺酮是右旋氯胺酮和左旋氯胺酮兩對映異構(gòu)體的消旋體。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明，右旋氯胺酮的麻醉效價(jià)為左旋氯胺酮的4倍，而蘇醒期精神運(yùn)動反應(yīng)卻較少。市售氯胺酮為其鹽酸鹽，易溶于水，pH3.5～5.5，pK a 7.5。 由于氯胺酮具有一定的精神依賴性，易使人形成癮癖，便成為娛樂場所的常用毒品。這種外觀純白的細(xì)結(jié)晶體為鼻吸或溶于飲料后飲用，能興奮心血管，吸食過量可致死。吸食者在其作用下會瘋狂搖頭，可能造成心力、呼吸衰竭。吸食過量或長期吸食，心、肺、神經(jīng)都可能造成致命損傷。 充分認(rèn)識“K粉”濫用對人體和社會造成的危害。不要輕信“K粉”不會成癮的說法而去嘗試，目前我國已將“K粉”列入和冰毒、嗎啡、度冷丁等同屬于毒品類，并嚴(yán)厲打擊販賣及吸食“K粉”。 |
