HYAL3 is a protein which is similar in structure to hyaluronidases. Hyaluronidases intracellularly degrade hyaluronan, one of the major glycosaminoglycans of the extracellular matrix. Hyaluronan is thought to be involved in cell proliferation, migration and differentiation. However, this protein has not yet been shown to have hyaluronidase activity. Subcellular Location: Secreted (By similarity). Lysosome (By similarity). Tissue Specificity: Bone marrow, testis and kidney. Isoform 4 is detected in all bladder tumor and prostate tumor cells. Similarity: Belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 56 family. Contains 1 EGF-like domain. Protocol
The cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
